  • Present insurance card, CCCD/Passport (Birth certificate for children under 16 years old).
  • Trung Anh Tam Dental Clinic checks insurance cards and customer information.
  • Customers are examined and treated at Trung Anh Tam Dental Clinic.
  • Trung Anh Tam Dental Clinic contacts the insurance company to confirm the guarantee.
  • Inform customers of insurance costs to confirm guarantees.
  • The customer signs the confirmation, completes the guarantee procedure, Trung Anh Tam Dental Clinic returns the card and identification documents to the customer.

Services are covered by insurance

  • Examination and diagnosis + treatment (if any)
  • X-ray
  • Gingivitis (gums), periodontitis
  • Filling teeth with common materials (composite and materials of equivalent value)
  • Root canal treatment
  • Tooth extraction (including surgical and non-surgical, including pathological wisdom teeth, meaning that a doctor’s diagnosis requires extraction)
  • Scaling teeth, polishing teeth
